Since committing my life to Christ in 1999, I've dedicated myself to ministry and youth outreach. God used law enforcement, particularly the New York City Police Department as a ministry training ground for twenty-three years. After my family and I relocated to North Carolina in 2018, I joined the Apex Police Department. It was here that God placed a new vision on my heart to serve as a school resource officer. This role allowed me to shift from primarily dealing with youth in crisis, to actively ministering to them. It was during this pivotal time that I was introduced to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). While engaging with FCA huddles within the school, I experienced God transforming lives through the ministry's vision and mission. My experience in the public school system revealed the urgent need to reach our youth with the truth of God’s Word and the hope of the Gospel, given the overwhelming pressures and challenges they face. Now, after almost three decades in law enforcement and ministry, I am excited to answer God’s call to join FCA full-time. This role will allow me to continue engaging, equipping, empowering coaches and athletes in their relationship with Christ and helping them navigate life with hope and purpose.
As you pray and seek the Lord’s leading to join me and the support team of FCA. Please know that your investment is vertical, eternal and for the furthering of the Kingdom of God. You are partnering and supporting the Lord’s ministry. It is also an act of worship to the One who supplies all our needs and more - Phil 4:19. May your act of worship to God, the vision, mission and ministry of FCA, have eternal dividends and treasures stored in heaven - Phil 4:17-18.
You did not choose me, but I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce fruit and that your fruit should remain, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he will give you. “This is what I command you: Love one another. John 15:16-17
